Well he's Canadian and his probation order was from the Quebec area. So one assumes he is still around there. Not sure the USA would let him in with his record.

If your 'friend's' knowledge of recent history is anything to go by then god knows how wrong the earlier dates are.

Germany invaded Poland in September 1939. Their programme, designed to eliminate Jews from their territories began more or less at the same time (though they had been persecuting and rounding them up in Germany for a few years by then). The War was over by 1945 and the Jews who were still alive after the awfulness of the 'final solution' were released.

By 1948 Germany was recovering. If you are going to do bat shit best to get the facts you can get right actually right.
