I think they might have. They just didn't have a name for their lack of belief, and kept their ungodly yaps shut if they knew what was good for them.

Dennis, limiting himself to posting interview videos with no accompanying raving. That could be seen as progress, so, well done.

Well, must admit that the amount of crap coming from OP does strike me dumb at times, there's just nothing one can say to what amounts to Stupidity squared

Hey how about the Universe? How long do you believe this mythical guy of yours took to make it?
Also he created everything in situ before creating light. Take that physicists!

Are you serious or are you taking the piss?
Absolute faith corrupts as absolutely as absolute power - Eric Hoffer.
I have NO BELIEF in the existence of a God or gods. I do not have to offer proof nor do I have to determine absence of proof because I do not ASSERT that a God does or does not or gods do or do not exist.

He created the heavens and the earth first, but the earth was formless and void. Then he created light. He didn't start setting things up until after that.Jason wrote: ↑Sun Jan 27, 2019 5:28 pm6 god days. 1 god day = 1000 years.Scot Dutchy wrote: ↑Sun Jan 20, 2019 7:06 amTough going? The first stories in Genesis always struck me as very word of mouth-ish. Like something an elder would tell the people in the evening around a fire. "Tell us, grandfather, tell us about how god created everything ,again!" O.k., kids, o.k., it was a long time ago -- in the beginning... god created the heavens and the earth, but the earth was formless and void. And, then god said "let there be light!" [throws something in the fire to make it flame up] - and there was light!"
“When I was in college, I took a terrorism class. ... The thing that was interesting in the class was every time the professor said ‘Al Qaeda’ his shoulders went up, But you know, it is that you don’t say ‘America’ with an intensity, you don’t say ‘England’ with the intensity. You don’t say ‘the army’ with the intensity,” she continued. “... But you say these names [Al Qaeda] because you want that word to carry weight. You want it to be something.” - Ilhan Omar
Re: Scientific Proof Of God
Yes, but science tells us that light preceded celestial bodies (see the Cosmic Microwave Background). It would have broken the laws of physics to create the "heavens and the earth" before there was light. Physics does not work that way. Never mind the poofing all the plants and animals into existence contrary to what the fossil record tells us, he created the planets, the solar systems, the stars, the quasars, the pulsars, ... everything before there was allowed to be light! Rubbish!Forty Two wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 8:12 pmHe created the heavens and the earth first, but the earth was formless and void. Then he created light.
