Said Peter...what you're requesting just isn't my bag
Said Daemon, who's sorry too, but y'see we didn't have no choice
And our hands they are many and we'd be of one voice
We've come all the way from Wigan to get up and state
Our case for survival before it's too late
Turn stone to bread, said Daemon Duncetan
Turn stone to bread right away...

Re: Lalla Ward and Dawkins
Well, I'm sad and happy for them. Sad that they're marriage is breaking up, and happy that they apparently are able to handle things amicably and remain friends. I wonder about people who divorce at advanced ages. Dawk is in his 70s, right? And Lalla in her mid-to-late 60s.... I don't know what it is, but I have this idea that once I reach past, like, 50 or so, may as well just stay together. LOL. But, then again, I also have this thing that I wouldn't get a divorce if there are small children.... I'm an atheist, completely non-religious, but old-fashioned when it comes to marriage. Pick your partner, and no backsies. LOL
Lalla was little hottie back in her Dr. Who days, incidentally. I had impure thoughts about her as a middle school age boy.

“When I was in college, I took a terrorism class. ... The thing that was interesting in the class was every time the professor said ‘Al Qaeda’ his shoulders went up, But you know, it is that you don’t say ‘America’ with an intensity, you don’t say ‘England’ with the intensity. You don’t say ‘the army’ with the intensity,” she continued. “... But you say these names [Al Qaeda] because you want that word to carry weight. You want it to be something.” - Ilhan Omar

I had impure thoughts about Barbara Feldon! Who has small breasts.

Don't let age put you off. The highest rate of STDs in Florida (and probably the country) is in The Villages, where the median age is 71. They're like wrinkly rabbits.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Without religion there is only cold hard calculation. Private, yes. Amicable...unlikely. A story that's larger on the inside than the outside.
What will the world be like after its ruler is removed?
