You are very brave, Salim, and the information you provide from the point of view of an insider is fascinating. This sort of reportage contributes to my becoming increasingly removed from the opinion that the majority of Muslims are quite moderate. With brainwashing of the sort you quoted, most Saudis at least are not really given a chance to develop a live and let live attitude, are they?

So how is it that you've managed to shrug off this indoctrination? And just how dangerous is it for you to be an infidel in modern Saudi Arabia?

That was very informative, eye-opening and entertaining, too, Salim! Thanks for that. In your experience, do the schoolkids actually believe what they're taught? In the US, most students assume that our teachers are full of shit from the 1st day of class...
