Should I watch Jesus Camp or is it only gonna piss me off?
I consider whether the heartache and the anger I'll get from watching it are worth it. I already know how incredibly sad and brainwashing these awful adults can be... but should I take that much of a closer look? I'd hate to get worked up and annoyed if it doesn't give me the extra value... I'm just not sure...

It only takes about 5~10 minutes of watching it to get the idea. No need to torture yourself beyond that, I'd say. You'll be plenty pissed off by that time.

I lived the adult version of it. Watching the movie only brought back bad memories and made me feel slightly sick to my stomach.
