Don't have answer to that. But I DO KNOW THAT ONLY God can cure these conditions, whether in this world or the next... Man has failed miserably. He will never cure death. At best he can prolong life a few years. Poverty could be eliminated by a global redistribution of wealth which would require world revolution. Some diseases are curable by man but the really serious ones are not. Either way, God is the only one who can make everything right.
