Islam says you can only marry a girl when she begins her monthly bleeding periods. you cant marry her before that.
So if a girl start to have her menstruation at age of 9, then Allah allows you to make her your wife. God's book the Quran is with nature all the time.

Mohammad married Aisha when she was 6 years old. Mohammad has broken Islamic law.
My understanding is that Aisha probably did not have her first menses until after the consummation of the marriage.

[al-Haafiz says:] I say: To say with certainty, [that she was not yet at the age of puberty] is questionable, though it might possibly be so. This, because 'Aa'isha (may Allah be pleased with her) was a fourteen year old girl at the time of the Battle of Khaibar - either exactly fourteen years old, or having just passed her fourteenth year [and entering into the fifteenth year], or approaching it (the fourteenth year)."

Notice, the objection is because she would have been about 14 years old at that time, not because of the reasoning for it.

In any case, this gives us at least some evidence that Aisha had not had her first menses until well after the consummation of the marriage.

So, what Mohammad apparently did is both reprehensible to modern morals and against Islamic law.

Yes, there were a few atrocities committed by the US in times of war against male enemy combatants over a handful of months. As soon as they were discovered, they were stopped.

You cannot have sex outside marriage at all; its haram. if you are really gagging for it, then Prophet Mohammed told us to get yourself married. He showed us by example. Prophet Mohammed married older women of 40 and younger women of 9 to set a an example and to give peace of mind to all wife seekers.
This is beauty of Islam and power of Allah: Today United Nations also allows marriages to women who have started their periods. No one can find fault with Allah's Law. No international body can oppose anything Prophet Mohammed did. They dare not. they will be proven wrong and he will be proven right every time. He is the Perfect Messenger of God. so, like it or not, Aisha's marriage is legal according to UN.
