I agree with Feck insofaras guns aren't the primary weapon ... Those women need more than guns, they need to see that they are not vessels of sin, they are not to blame for the violent behaviour of men, they have equal rights as human beings, and they deserve to be treated as such. Fuck, they've got a long way to go.

In the long term, sure. But until the Taliban joins the 21st century (something I'm not holding my breath for) than a 9mm is the only answer. Actually at short range a .22Mag would do the trick.

I agree...weapons alone won't do it. I need to find out what women's movements provide this badly needed outside support...if you know of some already Charlou please share. (vs the atheist/non believer ones that I am already familiar with)
