What a great time!!! It was so nice meeting Ayaan in person as well as numerous other people (no other forum members tho... ).

Now onto the Emory Conference Center...

Wow, that looks really nice; and the room prices were quite the deal, as I recall. I wish we had gone!

And lastly... Before we departed on Easter Sunday, we stopped by Stone Mountain. Although impressive, I didn't think much of the sculpture celebrating the "Heros of the South" who fought to keep the "South's way of life" during the civil war (aka - continue slavery). Seemed only fitting to follow that up with a visit to Dr. King's resting place and visitors' center (no pics allowed in the center). They offered a very moving tribute to Dr.King. A worth-while stop for all ages.

We wish you had gone too! We watched for anyone we may have recognized from online. Hopefully the next meet with have many more forum members. I hear that AI is much bigger. I may not be able to make that one this year (we’ll see), but I would love to make an AI conference in the next year or two.

Your pictures are much better than mine, Millie. It was a blast meeting you and DBA. I hate that I didn't go to Stone Mountain, but I had to get home. Maybe next year.

Ah, thank you for posting your pics, Millie.

I would very much like to be there for AI ... All these events are so far away, but it's nice to visit vicariously through the descriptions and photoes you and others post.
