The actions of any government should be open to criticism by anybody. No law should conflate "Fight the Zionist occupiers" with "Death to the Jews".

Who (aside from elements within Hamas etc.) is calling for the genocide of Jews? The vast majority of pro-Palestinian protestors in western countries currently are criticising the Israeli governments policies on Palestinians and current military actions in Gaza, and calling for a ceasefire. The majority are also calling for a 2 State solution, which is a moderate, internationally recognised position. Even those who are calling for the abolition of the state of Israel (and I disagree with them) are not baldly advocating genocide of Jews. Unlike some of the hawks in the Israeli cabinet, who wanted to completely sterilise Gaza...

No, they would not be breaking the law by arresting a spy. The example given refers to JEWS, as a group, not A SINGLE SPECIFIC JEW.

Likewise, it wouldn't be racist to arrest a black person for shoplifting, but it would be racist to say that ALL black people were thieves.

No, the Bible would not be outlawed. Referring to Jews as Christ-killers, however, is clearly unacceptable. Especially since NONE OF US WERE AROUND AT THE TIME IT HAPPENED TWO THOUSAND YEARS AGO.
