Honestly, I'm too fucking old to wait for things like municipal permission to fix a septic tank. If a couple of hundred Rands gets me the proper signature, then why the fuck not?
...because you're encouraging the bad behaviour.

When the Septic Tank speaks, it is best to listen.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

In Oz slang of the past, Americans were referred to as septics or sometimes seppos.

Rhyming slang - yanks, septic tanks, septics, seppos...

Once again talking garbage. You are already at the levels of every international company as it is the only way to do business in Africa.

You of course did not read the articles I posted. The police is number 1 in corruption in most African countries along with every civil service. How is the billions doing still rolling in Mr Businessman?

I've already pointed out to you this this isn't the case.

You completely ignore the facts. Do you actually live in Africa as I am beginning to doubt it with all your secrecy? So corruption does not happen? Talk about whistling down the wind. You dont have a Nigerian chief in prison? Or some great aunt that collected baubles? You are not real. This is the internet and you expect us to accept your claims without a shred of evidence and just on your say so. Just keep on whistling.

I think it's just more an argument against assuming corruption. It's like here when people talk about the ghetto, it's hilariously bad, the mythology I mean. I remember one comedian joking that he expected to be shot when he stepped off the bus... --believe it or not, many people believe such stupid things. Like the poor bastid who tried to bribe rainbow.

The trouble is Sean when corruption seeps into every nook and cranny of society it becomes invisible. People just dont realise they are doing it. It is a way of life. Giving the cop who stops you for nothing a bribe just to let you go and tear up the traffic ticket. Our police dont give out personally traffic tickets as it is automatic. Almost all contact with civil servants happens on-line.
