Fruit sugar is okay if you choose the right fruits. Also, lots of fibers. And the (unsweeted) yoghurt helps to slow down the rise of blood sugar levels.

I got an appointment for end of March

And you even get the good Moderna stuff while I will have to rely on Boris' concoction. Living in the Nowherelands has some advantages.

Because I found a better open slot, my first appointment is now next week already and I get the BioNTech vaccine which has the cooler name.

There were cases of people having been injected a full bottle of vaccine (6 doses) out of mistake because the doctor wasn't aware it has to be diluted and then used for multiple people. Everyone survived.
