You don't prove hyptotheses. You try to invalidate them and then when everyone cannot do that, you can work with them.

There is no clear scientific evidence that parachutes are 100% effective. No double blind studies done. No people have been pushed from aeroplanes with placebo parachutes, so how can your be absolutely certain that they work?
Where are the thousands of cases examined under under meta-analysis showing that they are safe?

Clearly it would be a good idea to refuse the parachute, and jump out of a plane.

You dont have any scientific evidence and just making a "just in case" assumption. Just remove the moderate crowds from the indoor space and get good ventilation is far better proven way.
