The LSO Fugitive Task Force went to a home northwest of 1st and Cornhusker around 10 a.m. Wednesday, looking for 29-year-old Vu Huynh. When he answered the door, an LSO investigator and U.S. Marshal grabbed Huynh, but he began to fight back in an attempt to escape.

LSO said another investigator came over to assist, eventually tasing Huynh, who stopped resisting and was taken into custody. The three investigators involved in the fight all suffered various injuries, but didn’t need medical attention. Huynh was taken to the hospital after being tased.

Sorry, I guess I just thought everyone knew about it. Not particularly newsworthy, but quite unusual.

Upon returning her to the address, comments were made which resulted in the girl being arrested on suspicion of a homophobic public order offence. The nature of the comments made was fully captured on body-worn video.

She said (of the one with short blond hair and an aggressive manner) that she looked like her lesbian nana. I don't know how that is interpreted as a 'homophobic public order offense', but it looks like the cop (who totally looks like a cop, and not like a lesbian nana) has gotten into trouble again, for pepper spraying someone.

If she had called her a fascist instead, would it still be a homophobic slur?

Yeah, I put a link to that story around the picture. I don't follow this kind of stuff as a rule, since I only spend a small amount of time on news. I did watch the video. It's not much to go on, but she seemed more amped up than her fellow cops.
