One of my brothers in law was US born. He also was a narcissistic, psychopathic and cruel control freak who overestimated his talents to an absurd extent.

Not claiming for a moment that he was a stereotypical American, but he did have a passport, and I cannot recall having personally met a likeable US-born passport holder.
