When you think Trump has reached a new low he still manages to sink even lower.

'New bizarre low': Trump faces backlash after reviving McCain attacks
Republicans such as Lindsey Graham and Mitt Romney defended the late senator after the president said he ‘never liked’ him

Donald Trump renewed attacks on the late senator John McCain, stating he “never liked” the Arizona Republican and “probably never will”.

The president faced widespread backlash for reviving his criticism of McCain, who died of brain cancer last year.

While Trump shared a notoriously contentious relationship with McCain, Republicans balked at Trump’s willingness to engage in posthumous attacks on the decorated war veteran. Some audience members in Ohio were members of the military.

“I gave him the kind of funeral that he wanted, which as president I had to approve,” Trump said of McCain while touring a tank manufacturing plant in Lima, Ohio. “I don’t care about this. I didn’t get a thank you, that’s OK.”

Trump returned to broadsides against McCain seven months after his death, amid reports in conservative media outlets that McCain was allegedly responsible for leaking the infamous Russia dossier, compiled by the British ex-spy Christopher Steele. The dossier detailed Trump’s ties to Moscow.

In a tweet on Sunday, Trump criticised McCain for his role in the Russia investigation and voiced frustration with his deciding vote against the repeal of Obamacare in 2017.

Trump also raised McCain’s healthcare vote during a joint appearance at the White House with the Brazilian president, Jair Bolsonaro, telling reporters he was “very unhappy that [McCain] didn’t repeal and replace Obamacare, as you know”.

“They got to a vote, and he said thumbs down,” Trump said. “I think that’s disgraceful.”

Judge orders Trump team to return every stolen child to their families

The judge made the ruling after learning that thousands more children were separated from their families at the border than originally thought.

The Trump administration has already been ordered by a federal judge to reunite the thousands of migrant families it cruelly separated at the border last summer.

But after a new report found that thousands more migrant children were likely ripped from their parents than previously believed, the judge massively expanded his ruling to try to account for every single stolen child.

U.S. District Judge Dana Sabraw ruled on Friday that the Trump administration must now return children who were separated from their families on or before July 1, 2017.

US judge halts hundreds of drilling projects in groundbreaking climate change ruling
In a rebuke of the Trump administration’s ‘energy-first’ agenda, a judge rules greenhouse gas emissions must be considered

In the first significant check on the Trump administration’s “energy-first” agenda, a US judge has temporarily halted hundreds of drilling projects for failing to take climate change into account.

Drilling had been stalled on more than 300,000 acres of public land in Wyoming after it was ruled the Trump administration violated environmental laws by failing to consider greenhouse gas emissions. The federal judge has ordered the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), which manages US public lands and issues leases to the energy industry, to redo its analysis.

The decision stems from an environmental lawsuit. WildEarth Guardians, Physicians for Social Responsibility, and the Western Environmental Law Center sued the BLM in 2016 for failing to calculate and limit the amount of greenhouse gas emissions from future oil and gas projects

He is really pathetic. They dont come any worse.

Trump: I didn't get a thank you for McCain funeral
US President Donald Trump has attacked the late Senator John McCain, complaining that he "didn't get a thank you" for his state funeral.

"We sent him on the way, but I wasn't a fan of John McCain," the president said during a visit to an Ohio tank factory.

Mr Trump has repeatedly assailed the late Arizona senator in recent days, reigniting a feud that dates back to before his presidency.

The Vietnam War veteran died of brain cancer last August at the age of 81.

Lovely supporters:

Cesar Sayoc: Florida man pleads guilty to mailing pipe bombs to Donald Trump's critics
The 57-year-old who faces life in prison, sobbed in the dock

A man has pleaded guilty to sending a wave of pipe bombs to prominent critics of Donald Trump - attacks that harmed no one but created fear as the devices turned up, day after day, at locations across the country.

Cesar Sayoc sobbed as he entered the plea before a federal judge in New York.

“I’m truly sorry,” he said.

He faces the possibility of a life sentence on 65 criminal counts, including using weapons of mass destruction and illegal mailing of explosives with intent to kill.

Sayoc had been scheduled to go on trial this summer on charges that he mailed rudimentary bombs to 16 targets, including Bill and Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, several members of congress, former president Barack Obama and the actor Robert De Niro.
I suppose he thought Trump would save him.
