It's not illegal. And besides, imagine what Hillary would have done!

Farmers
https://www.npr.org/2019/05/22/72548188 ... t-reopened
The massive impact of the trade dispute with China has farmers like Friest and commodity groups strengthening their resolve to expand not just in Asia but also in Africa, the Middle East and Europe. Already this year, the European Union is buying more from the United States than it used to, said Pekka Pesonen, secretary general of Copa-Cogeca, the main lobbying voice for E.U. agriculture.

"Imports from the United States increased by 14% mainly due to soybean imports," Pesonen said in a phone interview from Brussels. In January, the European Union approved U.S. soybeans for use in biofuels, which created another avenue for the crop there.

Even though the robust trade relationship between the U.S. and E.U. has a long history, Pesonen said it's not immune to impacts from the trade war.

"It's quite worrying for us because agriculture is usually one of the first casualties in such a dispute," Pesonen said. "And quite often it is collateral damage."

Soybeans are destroying the environment they are grown in. Vegans never realise this. In America aerial spraying is used.

Vegans are not responsible for the commodification of soy. I think you have to look to capitalism for that - a system none of can escape.... at present.

Soy is mostly animal feed, protein additive and oil for humans.

Impeachment could backfire. Trump is hiding, but nothing more might come out:
It's hard, especially given Trump's daily acts of blindness towards the Constitution. But in a way -- despite his daily protestations -- the President is daring them to do it. He's goading them with refusals to comply with any requests. He understands a couple of things: the public doesn't want impeachment, nor does it believe that Congress can do anything well, or in a nonpartisan way.
Right now, the polling is on the Democrats' side. One recent poll shows that 54% of Americans say they would "definitely not" vote for Trump for president. And while Trump may scream "no collusion, no obstruction" daily, the public thinks Mueller did a good job and that Trump didn't deal honestly with the inquiry. In other words, they don't trust him. So why maneuver a self-defeat of historic proportion and play into Trump's losing hand, turning it into a winner?

It is for vegans often their main protein source but they never take account of what growing the stuff does to wildlife. It is sprayed so much nothing is left that only a desert is left.

Donald Trump is falling, and like the babbling tangerine Goliath that he is, he’s falling hard. His collapse being slow and painful was a foregone conclusion; we knew from the start of this agonizing saga that he wouldn’t go easy. But we’re finally here in the midst of his hubristic end, and we finally get to watch him, not us, be tested – something at which, if we were to ever see his school transcripts, we would be able to confirm he isn’t especially good.

Solitary is torture, mostly used punitively and rarely for the safety of staff or inmates.
