Instead, it took Swan — a print journalist — to meaningfully question the President and not let misinformation and nonsensical statements slide into the interview unchecked. The results were astonishing to watch.
When Trump claimed that he "did more for the Black community than anybody with the possible exception of Abraham Lincoln, whether you like it or not," Swan reminded him that Lyndon B. Johnson passed the Civil Right Act.

Because they had a lot of deaths and they are currently behind the curve already with declining case numbers. Because deaths have a lag of several weeks, declining cases mean the number of deaths per case go up. The US is in the situation that number of cases goes up. All these new cases will only cause deaths in a few weeks from now. So the seemingly good number of low deaths per cases presented by Trump is actually bad news. It foreshadows a lot more deaths happening in the near future.

Trump says in press conference he believes it was a bomb or military attack. Twitter full of q-idiots who say it cannot be an accident because an accident wouldn't be so big.
