Trump is going to "read" a book. He got a free copy:
It turns out the volume in question is literally titled Donald J. Trump: An Environmental Hero, and it was written by Ed Russo, who worked as a consultant for Trump’s business.

Do you have any evidence he didn't? (hey, it works for creationists....)
Yup. Breitbart et al. claim that Matthews never met a terrorist he didn't like. That's conclusive evidence that Matthews never said anything like: "I don't dislike (insert name of terrorist.)" :P

Never read Breitbart or et. al. I do read Fox "news", just like I read CNN "news" and MSNBC ""news"" (they're so awful they need two fucking quotes). Mathews is a fucking parody of a Woke Asshole, but he doesn't realize that because he's so serious and angry and fucking righteous. I keep waiting for him to say "HOW DARE YOU???".

He's good for occasional comic relief.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

What you read, or don't read, is irrelevant.

I dislike the Matthews performance, but I don't believe he likes terrorists. I doubt he even likes Saul Alinsky, being as he's an old school stuffed shirt Democrat who got his real start in public life as a speechwriter for Jimmy Carter. He says that he voted for Bush II in the 2000 presidential election, and I have no reason to doubt him.

Okay, I watched the clip. Mathews compared the public reaction to Soleimani's death to that of Diana and Elvis while setting up a question on his show.

So fucking what? It's not like he broke a news story.

Trump tweets in Farsi...or?...:
To the brave and suffering Iranian people: I have stood with you since the beginning of my presidency and my government will continue to stand with you. We are following your protests closely.

Right up the Khyber.

Seriously, do you think it's not fucked, that we stand any chance at all of not swirling down the fucking shitter? Do you think that anything you do or can do is going to change anything at all? That you can stop climate change by voting for Bernie (or whoever), bring world peace by impeaching Trump, overcome anti-vaxers and climate change deniers and Nazis by liking FB posts and signing petitions? Do you still think you can bring Tinkerbell back to life if you just believe hard enough?

Come to the dark side. We have beer and weed.

And guns. Lots and lots of guns.

Do you think women will ever have the right to vote? Do you think slavery will ever be abolished? Do you think we'll ever eradicate smallpox? Do you think we'll ever be able to travel across the Atlantic in less than half a year? Just give it up, cuck, 'cause nothing ever changes! :nono:

Oh and btw, legal weed is another reason to favor liberal/left politics over conservative...

Well, fortunately, there are thousands of news organizations in the US and thousands more overseas, so there's no reason to consume trash journalism if you don't want to...

But actually putting him in a concrete container, pickled like Lenin (where is the corpse now?) would qualify as carbon sequestration.
