Come on down to the mercy seat, show us your ass and shake your titties for Jesus.

Actually, it's probably already happened somewhere.
Almost certainly in Vegas.. :D

It went that way in most pubs in Brisbane when I was a student 400 years ago. Used to really piss me off. Strange me getting pissed off about something.

I once had the misfortune of spending an evening in a club in Austria where the waiting staff were mostly nude and also flagellated customers over a wooden rack for a small surcharge. And this was like a Tuesday night, not even a weekend I think it was called The Golden Fist or similar, some out of the way place North-East of Salzberg I think. Not sure. We arrived in the dark and left in the dark. It was a long time ago, last century, but it was an eventful few weeks that I recall with fondness even though the whipping freaked me right out at the time, and that wasn't the worst of it... ah, happy daze.

Are there gay restaurants with nearly naked, well-oiled muscular young men as waiters? Maybe 9B knows...

So when the topless waitress brings you coffee and asks ”milk or cream”, which one do you squeeze?

Go a little north to Germany, and the "goo girls" will shit on the patrons for a few Euros.

There's a difference between a sexy outfit and semi porn.
In my experience, good looking girls quite like wearing a sexy waitress uniform, but there's a point where it quickly becomes over the top.
I've had a couple of girlfriends who used to work in the local nightclubs, and they looked stunning in the waitress gear, and obviously liked the attention.
But stick a pair of bunny ears and a tail on it, and the same thing looks a bit sad and humiliating.
While there is a market for shit, there will be assholes to supply it.

'Good looking girls like wearing sexy a waitress uniform'?? I am puzzled by what sort of world you inhabit.

However for once I will agree with you completely - about the last line.
