Not to defend Australian immigration policy, but I wish folk would get as outraged about people being murdered by gangs as they do about indecorous language.

There's very few people who get murdered by gangs in Australia. And in those rare instances it happens, they are dealt with strongly by the law. Our immigration and refugee policy, however, have been strongly condemned by the UNHCR and other major humanitarian organisations. We are sending Rohingya muslims back to be slaughtered in Myanmar, but all of a sudden want white South Africans here because reasons.

His argument is that the South Africans will integrate well here as there are already heaps here. But hanging out with other Boers isn't integration. What he really means is that they are white, and conservative cunt faces won't be as scared of them as brown people. This is only anecdotal via my South African ex-wife, but the average South African here is a racist cunt. I don't think inviting in potential racists is going to be very good for integration or social harmony.
