But it's not really a country any more, while it's governed by the EU. Britain WILL be a country. Again. And Holland will carry on being an appendage of the new Greater Germany, something that they are well suited for. They've had plenty of practice.
So the chain of command will be Merkel, EU commission, EU courts, EU Parliament, and then, Little Holland can have a say in some domestic matters.

Basically, Holland is Europe's Crimea. It's only slightly bigger, it's population is only slightly bigger, and it has less choice in who are their current masters.

Theresa May has been urged to sack Boris Johnson after he suggested a Libyan city could become the next Dubai once it had cleared the dead bodies away.
