The Sonoma man case is a little fuzzy, the insurance company does have too many loopholes, though.
Anthem was unable to comment on the case without a signed HIPAA release form from Rusch.
HIPAA is a bunch of bureaucratic stuff, I think they are afraid of being sued,which they probably will
