The advisory, sent to the production staff that deals with talent, advises them to "be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered." Specifically, "thong-type costumes" and "bare sides or under curvature of the breasts" are deemed "problematic." Visible buttock curves or "buttock crack" are also a no-no, as is "sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples."

Also prohibited: obscenity printed on wardrobes. And, somewhat vaguely, the network requested that lapel pins or accessories that promote a cause "be avoided."

We'll see if the advisory affects the fashion parade — or the controversies that invariably ensue.

Note the last line I underlined. These "wardrobe malfunctions" aren't even "controversies" except in the minds of people determined to make them into a controversy. Usually those led to believe in a bodily shame and jealous-ass types.
