Lol! she does get mentioned a lot on the internet Unfortunately not so much in real life on this side of the world

FWIW her CV covered stuff that would put her on the FBI's 10 most wanted list. probably no.s 1-8 . Also worked (sometimes) in the Voluntary sector for NGO's (Health care assistant) and as a body snatcher! (not really an ambulance, pickup trucks that simply lifted bodies off the street - not always dead ones)....on that latter one a bit of a crossover with her family's business activities . (they didn't invent all the stuff that Thailand is (in)famous for - but "back in the day" they certainly played more than their share in industrialising a lot of it, albeit mostly for the domestic market - apart from for export).

Closest I can come to as a comparison is Snoop (Felicia Pearson) from "The Wire" - nearly fell of my chair when I first saw her on TV, body shape (and colour) different, but the stomp down the street and attitude 100% the same. No nail gun though But that probably because Felicia Pearson seems to have had a background that did not require much by the way of acting.

I hadn't realised about his fiancee before, I came across a similar story last year, a woman I met had a son with her husband but then the husband was shot down in a Lancaster Bomber (he was a tail gunner). She still quite tearful about it, had never had another relationship as she felt it would be like having an affair, not that an affair would be so bad but to have an affair when your husband had died in the war made it worse.

I wonder if it is a common reaction amongst people bereaved in war? Based on an idea that you dishonour the war dead by forgetting about them? I'm sure there's a poem about not forgetting the war but I don't remember it.
