Indeed. Their starving children is their most valuable possession when it comes to this sort of thing. But it's a double-edged sword, I hope...

I can't see the Chinese or the Russians allowing a NK nuclear program to come to term either, not unless they are assured that they have NK in the pocket of course.

I don't think she would understand that. She has two undergrad degrees in English and is an English teacher, to boot. ;)
