:panic:

How about we don't create a "Round 3" thread. We'll just leave discussion of the election on the "Election Day, USA!" thread.

It's OK, it will be over or we start a recount thread.

I didn't say that. I acknowledge that Bush was unlucky enough to be in charge when it went south, and that both parties were responsible. Whoever is in charge during this recovery is just lucky.

I somehow don't quite buy the "unlucky" bit .....there was a history there already with dad.

Interesting that Fox puts itself as un-mainstream.

Fox is not a news service, it's an entertainment service. Their job is reassure the far right that they are indeed right.

MSNBC -- FoxNews on steroids.

As biased as FoxNews is, I have never seen anything like MSNBC. It is unwatchable, except to click over and see what the Democrat Party wants us to know.

I see we are very close to civilization now.
(CNN) - Missouri Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill won re-election Tuesday after defeating Republican Rep. Todd Akin, according to a CNN projection. With 24 percent of the estimated vote counted, McCaskill led Akin 53 percent to 40 percent.

LOL -- not even close. You need to learn to play chess.

MSNBC more negative to Romney than Fox was to President Obama: http://www.newsmax.com/US/obama-romney- ... /id/462565

MSNBC more biased than Fox: http://now.msn.com/msnbc-more-biased-th ... nter-study

You know those snarky comments you hear about Fox News and its “fair and balanced” reporting? It turns out they’re not the outlet you need to be keeping an eye on this fall. Cable channel MSNBC has shown more bias in its political news than Fox’s TV coverage, according to a study by the nonpartisan Pew Research Center’s Project for Excellence in Journalism. Pew studied news stories about Romney and Obama, and the study showed that in MSNBC’s coverage, 71 percent of stories about Romney portrayed him in a negative light, compared to only 46 percent of Fox segments on Obama.
It's not even close.

Sorry to break in, but we've done gone and hit 1,000 posts, the mystical and metaphysical magical limit for threads. If someone is interested in starting another torture chamber thread, please link to this one and let me know so I can come back here and link to the new one.
