The riots in Rotterdam were basically underage kids just so bored. They cant go to football matches. There was a section of extremist right wing and foreign kids looking for a bit of fun.

The county and state have hit new daily highs. The Mon peak highlighted sums Sat, Sun and Mon. Hospitalizations, however, are not at a peak comparable to a year ago.
