I've told you before, that I want you tell me either (a) that you have evidence to support a claim that them being poor is a cause of their crime, or (b) a clear and unequivocal statement that you do not have any such evidence. Saying "I never made an assertion" or "I never said I have evidence for that" is not the same thing as saying "I don't have evidence for it." When you stop evading, and make it clear that you do not have any evidence, then I will give you the courtesy of a reply.

Whether either of us has evidence or not doesn't mean that our views are not opinions. Opinion doesn't mean "a statement of fact without evidence for it." Opinions are not "evidenceless statements or assertions." Many opinions have gobs and gobs of evidence for them. Often, two conflicting opinions can both be supported by some evidence.

Yeah, that's my thinking as well, and I'd be pretty honestly surprised to find if that wasn't the case. But Coito said that poor people don't commit more crimes than other people. He's apparently seen evidence supporting this (well, he says that's the case, sometimes, when he's accepting that he made a positive assertion and he's agreeing to conditionally show evidence. But he has also said that he didn't make a positive assertion. He's also said that he did make a positive assertion, but that he never agreed to show any evidence for it. So in light of all this, I'm not really sure what the fuck he believes and/or what evidence or not he has seen and/or what evidence he may or may not be willing to show).
