Dutch dictators are the best dictators.
And Dutch dictators make the best massive mistakes.

pErv is really so childish.

Ozland dictators are by far the best dictators which is why you are still in such a mess. What massive mistakes did they make? Nothing in comparison to yours. Your vaccination plan was left to your corrupt government which allowed your dictators to still rule the roost.

Australia had more personal freedoms for a longer time than the Netherlands.

Not going great for Biden. Deaths also a slight up-blip, but under control.

I can't imagine Trump handling this better. And we'll be done with this 2024, right?

I was referring to the pandemic. On most days, Australia had fewer restrictions than the Netherlands. That's because of the zero covid strategy used in Australia they didn't have any local infections most of the time.

What is kook-aid?

I nice big full blown explanation Brian which says nothing. No alternatives were tried as they were laughed at by the dictators who were not willing to give up their power until the politicians took over. The data was always suspect and it was admitted as such. It was fairy data by the way it was collected. A nice bit of shoe horning is now going on to cover up the massive mistakes of the dictators and their governments who listened to them.
If lockdowns etc were "massive mistakes" what should they have done in response to the rising cases, hospital admissions, and fatalities?

Hm. So lockdowns don't work but unvaccinated people shouldn't have been allowed to go out. Seems contradictory.
They should have been vaccinated as soon as possible as they are the most mobile group and along with the elderly. Shutting clubs and pubs is not a full blown lockdown which entails travel restrictions. Our Irish family members were restricted to only two kilometres of travel at the height of their lockdown.
It took 10 months to develop and produce vaccines. What should people done in the meantime in light of rising case numbers, hospital admissions, and fatalities?

Actually, our CFR has decreased to 1.5% from 1.6%, despite a couple million new cases. We're under the national average now, in a state with the second highest percentage of people over 65 (Hey, that's ME!).
