Two planes with 80 illegals in each touch down. Only 50 000 more trips to go.

Two military jets landed in Guatemala City on Friday carrying deported migrants from Tucson, Ariz., and El Paso, according to local migration authorities and the American Embassy in Guatemala.

Guatemala appears to be one of first countries to have struck an agreement with the United States to receive deported citizens transported on U.S. Air Force jets, after the Trump administration this week authorized the military through executive order to assist in securing the border.

The acting secretary of defense, Robert Salesses, said in a statement this week that, working with the State Department, the Department of Defense would provide military airplanes to support Department of Homeland Security “deportation flights of more than 5,000 illegal aliens from the San Diego, California, and El Paso, Texas, sectors detained by Customs and Border Protection.”

The U.S. Embassy in Guatemala could not confirm how many more military jets were expected to transport deportees to the country or on what timeline.

Trump court: them illegals were not subject to any juridsiction, so their kids are not "subject to" either. Not citizens!

Trump’s tirade on the trade deficit with Canada shows he’s not competent.

Trump doesn’t understand that Americans buy goods from Canada because they want to, not because Canada is ripping us off. Exxon buys oil, refines it and resells it in the U.S. as gasoline. Win. Win.

Trump seems to think countries control trade, not markets. His argument is so lame he resorts to making up an obvious lie about Trudeau admitting that the U.S. subsidizes Canada. It doesn’t.

Do you think non-citizen residents in USA have legal rights to be free from roundup in schools, churches and other gathering places? I’ve always believed it so but never thought to look it up. I’m seething with outrage but know it’ll probably be case by case.

You have to be specific. There are two types. 1 tourists and students 2 immigrants who work here.
The category 2 people may have temporary work permits. Many of those will suffer the rounding up process. Then there are people who look or sound like immigrants. One is not required to carry one’s visa with them. I had one for 10 years that was kept at home or a bank deposit box. When I was 17 I kept it with me as I went to college. I was not wealthy enough to keep a safe deposit box, so it was ín my “box” in my dorm room with my home keys.
If you do have a heavy accent and do not have anything but a driver’s license, you may get arrested. We will see it in the news. In many states the DMV will have the record of “citizen” or “not citizen.” But the feds do not have access to state records. It will be a mess.
