Listen. Understand. The Trumpinator is out there. He can't be reasoned with. He can't be bargained with. He doesn't feel pity or remorse or fear... and he absolutely will not stop. Ever. Until you are dead.

Re: All Things Trump: Is it over yet?
Because the stockpiles of emergency supplies (masks, gowns, ventilators etc.) were in short supply.
And because a pro with decades of specialization in his field, on a fat government salary, should hold some responsibility along with whoever the elected 'temp' is.
Trump did stop travel from China back in January, and CCP apologists immediately roasted him for it.
Whatever. Trump was warned of the impending pandemic in November last year, and warned again in January this year. He chose to do nothing on either occasion. The buck stops with President Trump, especially since - as Seabass has linked to - he claims total power to do anything he wants to do.
In fact, I think Pelosi was encouraging people to go party with the Chinese community. Several others have repeated CCP talking points.
You can't see him as doing anything right though, so just keep believing he is responsible. You don't want to damage your chances at an NBA career!
I miss him too.

Re: All Things Trump: Is it over yet?
When do you think he should open up the economy?
Re: All Things Trump: Is it over yet?
When 2/3 of both houses of Congress and 3/4 of the 50 states agree with him that he can.

The daily death rate in the US just soared to over 2,400, and soon half the Covid-19 cases in the world will be in the US.
I think those figures are telling you to keep shut down just a tad longer...

Making the decision to open will kill people.
What many don't easily acknowledge, is that not opening will kill people.
I'm not sure when he 'should', but I understand where he was mistaken when he asserted that he could open it up again when he decides.
He's kind of not wrong though. If he went full-metal-idiot, and told the 'Merkins to take back their freedum, well, it would be as good as opened.

After Biden wins the election.

What the actual...?

But Biden isn't the candidate. He's losing his mind, so he is just their placeholder. After he gets removed, their real candidate will save the day.
At least I hope so. Biden hasn't got a prayer against Trump.
Also, since you were good enough to answer, if they wait until December to open the economy, will that cause deaths?
Will it cause as many deaths as the virus?
My guess is that it is to advertise his 2020 campaign.
He's really good at getting attention (but you already knew that)
Are you mad because Sleepy Joe didn't think of it first?

Re: All Things Trump: Is it over yet?
WASHINGTON—According to a new report published Wednesday by the Pew Research Center, you live in a deeply embarrassing and barely functional country. “Our latest research and statistical analysis shows that you are currently the citizen of an objectively humiliating nation wreathed in a miasma of pettiness, sloth, rank stupidity, and failure,” the report read in part, adding that this—this goddamned disgrace of a culture and system of government, if that’s what you call whatever the hell this is—is where you live, where you are from, and where you will likely die. “Decline and dysfunction are currently the first things people across the world think of when they hear the name of your place of origin, and, by association, these are the first words that would come to mind when they think of you as well.” The report concluded that there isn’t a whole hell of a lot you can do about it either.
