Yeah, the locals are saying the 10th for a rocket test or two. Sometimes they send up 2 or 3 in quick succession.

I'd ask via PM but you've cut that avenue off.

Don't you start about PM's! You have yours turned off, except for brief moments when you turn them on to send someone a pm, and then promptly turn them off again so they can't reply.
edit: oh, I see you've actually got them on these days..

Makes me wonder why he would go back. Going back, I suspect, will not put him in good graces with the North Korean police, military or government. He's probably committing suicide by going back, or at least relegating himself to a prison camp.

If they bring down Rationalia, that will be the last straw! http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2013/ap ... rwar-fears
Missile test: http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/5895dd0e-9f98 ... abdc0.html
It's difficult to predict what will happen in these situations, but I suspect that Kim is not going to do anything that will require a military response from ROK or USA. He is making bellicose threats and moving the odd ineffectual missile, but the bulk of his forces are not doing anything. I think he is making the North Korean people think that they are under threat from the white devils, and galvanizing their resolve against the common enemy to bolster support for the regime. He will conduct a missile test and whatnot, move some stuff around, and then claim that he made us all back down.
Ahh, the proportionate response -- http://www.nytimes.com/2013/04/08/world ... ml?hp&_r=0
Proportionate response talk always gets a lot of play before something actually happens. Let them hit a US interest killing a few thousand Americans, and all that will go out the window and what will be demanded is overwhelming and devastating response.

Several voluntary repatriations have happened recently. They're (allegedly) treated well because they serve the regime as propaganda. People who have been South and can verify how shitty life is down here. Y'know, how we're all starving and shit.
