He really sucks at this and he’s not going to get any better. Somewhere in there maybe there’s a silver lining. I fear instead what will happen is when he can’t govern his way into his objectives - he’ll just start dictating his way into his objectives and the weak and feckless MAGA GOP will just go along with it. Like they always do.
