The argument that politicians like Merkel make about muslims, is a bit like the one they make about pit-bulls in America.
Pit-bulls are not inherently dangerous, they say. Look at all these happy pit-bull owners !

Statistically however, pit-bulls kill more kids and cause more injuries than any other breed.

Somebody owning a nice pit-bull doesn't bring your kiddy back from the dead.

Same with muslims. The harmless ones don't make up in any way for the damage done by the others.
And actually, even the harmless ones are very reluctant to help deal with the baddies. They stick together, and do harm by their silence.

We in the UK have strict laws to ensure that imported cars pass very high safety tests.
Maybe we should do the same to muslims. But the real difference is that cars don't reproduce.
You don't get reasonably safe cars giving birth to far more dangerous cars.

Anyway, I don't think that any muslim would pass a thorough safety check. They have completely different steering to the general population.
