problem is that they have full control of congress, and with frump in the white house, they'll have their pick of Ultra Conservative justices to replace Scalia.
Assuming frump is not as loose a cannon as he looks, that means the new, insane, GOP is in full control of all 3 brnaches of gummint... scary.
