There is no such ruling. Bork never ruled that employers could tell female employees to be sterilized or fired. The case in question involved American Cyanamid company which had an area in a plant where there were toxic chemicals. The levels in the area were considered high enough to cause fetal damage. The company explored methods of reducing the levels of exposure, but under the circumstances (as found by an Administrative Law Judge) they could not. So, they had a couple of options -- bar all women of childbearing age from working in that area, or allow women of childbearing age who couldn't have children to continue working there. They chose the latter. They were required under Occupational Safety and Health law to protect employees from unduly high levels of lead. If they could reduce the levels of lead, they would have had to, but the evidence showed that in this limited circumstance, they could not. So, they did what they had to do to prevent fetal damage caused by the lead in their workplace.

Err... i would say they don't like:

I don't think it's correct that all those folks had "non-US citizen" parents. Wilson's parents, for example, were both citizens. His dad was born in Ohio, and his mom was a naturalized citizen, born in England.

Special attention was called to the "conservatives" because, I guess, it was thought likely they would be more negative.

Take a look at who went negative. Perfect example that proves the reality is much different than Liberals would have you believe....
