I got a listen to an interview with a guy named Sanger, who was one of the founders of wikipedia.

He confirmed my suspicions about the site. It's a recent Tim Pool podcast if you want to check it out, but the tl:dr is this - nineberry edits it, with a strong and accepted bias.

For me, I trust Sanger (who uses his right name) over nb, since I've experienced his editing of wikipedia, and why he was inspired to act.

I've heard what Sanger has to say and take his critique seriously, However, for all it's flaws, Wikipedia is a splendid starting point for research, and I'm grateful for people who take the time to contribute to it's maintenance.
