What spin?

He didn't endorse him, until he was the clear and only candidate, then he did.

Doesn't seem that sketchy. I was wondering why he didn't do it earlier, but he probably only wants to endorse one candidate, and had to make sure it wasn't going to be someone else.

Now, Biden isn't running, really. No-one expects him to win or anything. It's almost sad to watch him propped up by people who usually pretend to know better.
