We have got to the point where Trump no longer has any control of what he says. There is a layer of him still trying to complement people that cooperated. But the talk of going to heaven means he has been talking to his doctors. Kidney failure and heart failure are likely there. They are trying to prop him up to last through the 2026 election.

Donald Trump has Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). Stage C. He will be in ICU or possibly dead within 8-10 months. Revised my estimated departure date…
He’s Senile Demented with Severe Cognitive Decline so the CHF symptoms will be more pronounced.

A simple Google search will tell you that CHF Stage C is manageable and patients can expect a 5 to 10 year survival range. What you're looking for is Stage 4.
