Shit, I remember laughing as I took a couple of tabs, then added some magic mushrooms for good measure (the acid and the mushrooms had a long conversation with each other in my head...)
This younger generation ain't got no stamina!
I wouldn't recommend the combination to anyone but an experienced psychonaut. However, it can be highly gratifying.

BBB won't go ahead with filibuster free plan due to parlamentary rules:
Sanders (I-Vt.) explained in a recent interview. “And then on top of all that, you've got the parliamentarian determining what is in a sense germane [and] what is incidental. And that makes it that much harder. A lot of people don't understand.”
Several policies in the package have already been axed by the parliamentarian office, which ruled this month that the core of the bill's immigration reform plan doesn’t jibe with Senate rules for the special process the majority party is using.

Hoist on their own petard, eh? I find that immensely satisfying, regardless of who gets dinged.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

NBC
A heavily armed California man was arrested in Iowa after he told law enforcement officers that he would "do whatever it takes" to kill government leaders on his "hit list," including President Joe Biden and his chief medical adviser, Dr. Anthony Fauci, authorities said in court papers Wednesday.
The man, Kuachua Brillion Xiong, 25, has been held in the Pottawattamie County Jail in Council Bluffs since Thursday, according to sheriff's records.

Impeach him!
Sen. Ted Cruz says Republicans are likely to impeach Biden if they retake House
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) predicted Republicans would move to impeach President Biden “whether it’s justified or not” if they retake the House in this year’s midterm elections.
The White House responded Tuesday by calling on Cruz to work with Democrats toward bipartisan agreement on policy matters instead of “name-calling” and making political predictions.
Cruz’s comments, which he made during a podcast appearance late last month, underscore the extent to which rising partisan hostility has paralyzed Washington.
During the “Verdict With Ted Cruz” episode, the senator was asked whether he thinks there is any chance a Republican House would impeach Biden, given that Democrats had twice impeached President Donald Trump.
“Yeah, I do think there’s a chance of that,” Cruz said. “And whether it’s justified or not, as we talked about when ‘Verdict’ launched, the Democrats weaponized impeachment. They used it for partisan purposes to go after Trump because they disagreed with him. And one of the real disadvantages of doing that . . . is the more you weaponize it and turn it into a partisan cudgel, you know, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.”

The house can impeach all it likes. The senate never votes to impeach.
