Except they would have been branded as collaborators. You know what happened to women who were believed to have 'consorted' with German occupiers in France and other Western European countries. If they were lucky they were driven out, perhaps with shaved heads. Some were killed too.
They could redeem themselves by helping the French load Jews onto trains or helping out with the porrajmos. :leave:
