It seems those lovely kind folks at the Met Police wish to help uphold peoples democratic right to peaceful protest; and all they ask is that people planning to organise/attend protests make themselves know; no doubt in order to assist the police in upholding those rights.
Well isn't that nice of them? I'm sure when the protesters arrive they'll even put the kettle on for them...
