Mass escape of wild animals, police shoot to kill.
Re: Mass escape of wild animals, police shoot to kill.
Private 'zoos' should be more strictly controlled ..you shouldn't be able to keep tiger just cos you want one ! Time to pass a dangerous wild animal act . If this guy wasn't to be trusted with a gun why should wild animals be left in his 'care ' ?

Most? That's a huge overstatement. Thousands, maybe. But that's no where near most!mistermack wrote:You're joking.Xamonas Chegwé wrote:They don't have tranquiliser darts in Americaville or something? Just killing animals because some twat let them loose seems a little harsh.
Most americans would see this as a golden opportunity to get their guns out and blast something.
There are probably thousands of saddos converging on the town now.
Lets just hope some of them manage to hit each other.
We danced.

I love the fact they have to wear luminous orange hats so they don't shoot each other 'tards .

Well, this puts me in the minority of americans; because my first thought was "Can't they set out some traps to try and salvage some of them?" I find the shooting of them rather sad.mistermack wrote:You're joking.Xamonas Chegwé wrote:They don't have tranquiliser darts in Americaville or something? Just read the guy let the animals loose, damaged their cages so that they couldn't be re-used, and killed himself. Some animals who were lurking around the corpse had to be 'disposed of.'

I think it is less retarded to wear something that says "I'm not a deer-elk-moose-antelope-bear".

Meat's meat to them. Do we know for sure yet this was a PETA-ish raid of some kind? ALF?Bella Fortuna wrote:Just read the guy let the animals loose, damaged their cages so that they couldn't be re-used, and killed himself. Some animals who were lurking around the corpse had to be 'disposed of.'

Lurking because they felt secure in familiar surroundings near a familiar source of everything they needed, or lurking because they weren't in shape to escape or lurking because they were going to eat something that was conveniently dead?Bella Fortuna wrote:Just read the guy let the animals loose, damaged their cages so that they couldn't be re-used, and killed himself. Why kill them to save a corpse?

No... the guy did it himself before he committed suicide, as I said above.Zombie Gawdzilla wrote:Meat's meat to them. Do we know for sure yet this was a PETA-ish raid of some kind?
