I can't keep track, he is a bit of a mumbler...
Where did you hear about the border to the south being open?

You do know this is complete and utter bollocks?

Open borders is just a catch-cry for right wingers. Not surprised Cunt is peddling it.

No such thing as a wrong twat, in my experience. There were wrong place, wrong time twats, but the twats themselves were pretty much all right.

OK there was that one that was a really wrong twat in almost every possible way, but I knew me. Mistake. BIG time.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

There's sufficient shit to bitch about in the Biden administration, as far as I'm concerned. This particular gripe goes back further, but the Biden administration is still on board apparently.

'"This Is a Scandal": Documents Reveal Obama's EPA Approved Toxic Chemicals for Fracking in 2011'
Between 2012 and 2020, fossil fuel corporations injected potentially carcinogenic per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), or chemicals that can degrade into PFAS, into the ground while fracking for oil and gas, after former President Barack Obama's Environmental Protection Agency approved their use despite agency scientists' concerns about toxicity.

The EPA's approval in 2011 of three new compounds for use in oil and gas drilling or fracking that can eventually break down into PFAS, also called "forever chemicals," was not publicized until Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR) obtained internal records from the agency through a Freedom of Information Act request, the New York Times reported Monday after reviewing the files.

According to PSR's new report, Fracking with "Forever Chemicals," oil and gas companies including ExxonMobil, Chevron, and others engaged in hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, have since 2012 pumped toxic chemicals that can form PFAS into more than 1,200 wells in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas, and Wyoming.

...

"The Obama-Biden administration approved the use of toxic PFAS chemicals for fracking a decade ago," said Hauter [executive director of Food & Water Watch], "and all these years later, President Joe Biden's practices haven't seemed to change a bit."

"The Biden administration has claimed to be concerned about PFAS contamination throughout the country," Hauter said. "Biden himself pledged during the campaign to halt new fracking on federal lands. Meanwhile, this administration is approving new fracking permits at a pace similar to Trump, with no letup in sight."

Earlier this month, whistleblowers at the EPA accused the Biden administration of continuing the "war on science," with managers at the agency allegedly modifying reports about the risks posed by chemicals and retaliating against employees who report the misconduct.

As Common Dreams reported, Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility filed a formal complaint on behalf of four scientists with the EPA's Office of the Inspector General, demanding an investigation into reports that high-level employees routinely delete crucial information from chemical risk assessments or change the documents' conclusions to give the impression that the chemicals in question are safer.

Ah yes, the fact-check.

I don't doubt that you'll prove the border is not open, and that the governments handling of the border does not reflect on their covid policies...

Um, yeah. According to the data in the link you provided the US Border Patrol is doing a sterling job apprehending illegal border crossers, especially during June 2021, when they apprehended more of them in a single month than they did under any other president since March 2000. You really ought to congratulate sleepy Joe for being so tough on those Mexican rapists and other criminals that "they" attempt to send to the US.

As for the Tennessee story, read this article by the Nashville Tennessean. Here are two snippets from it:
...local television news in Chattanooga reported that a flight landed in the middle of the night in May carrying unaccompanied minors. Lee and other Tennessee Republicans quickly expressed outrage over news of the flight, saying the Biden administration was secretly bringing children into the state without first warning officials.

Soon after, local media in Chattanooga reported that a nonprofit, the Baptiste Group, was operating a shelter to temporarily house unaccompanied minors there.

...

The nonprofit contract to house migrant youth that Lee officials appear to be referencing was active when former President Donald Trump was in office.

The Baptiste Group already had an agreement with Trump's Department of Health and Human Services and had begun making plans to house unaccompanied minors in Chattanooga long before the November election.

In fact, state officials in Tennessee were aware last year of the contract and Baptiste's plans to temporarily house migrant children because the Tennessee Department of Children's Services issued a conditional child residential facility license to the group in May 2020, according to DCS.

Baptiste contacted DCS in November to inform the state it had begun receiving children at the facility, according to a DCS spokesperson.

State officials then inspected the home in February and issued a full license, which increased the approved capacity from the earlier conditional license. That full licensing came a month before Lee declined a request from the federal government to house children in National Guard facilities.

Baptiste is the first and only facility to be licensed to house unaccompanied minors in the state, according to DCS. It was licensed to receive children and began housing unaccompanied minors prior to Biden taking office.
