--meh, sounds like a regular bug to me.

It reminds me of supporting software that was in development. By the time I heard about an issue from a user, it had already been run through everyone else with similar issues, each contributing their own input, so that what turned out to be a trivial problem was in their eyes "fucking monumental"!

In this case you had users deleting the app because they thought it was malware! You also had users who couldn't get their results in by phone after deleting the app. Now, no doubt being frustrated, they're contributing their input regarding the app in the midst of a "crisis".
