The restaurant's position is that they are in the entertainment industry. And, there is no reason why a business has to adhere to other people's concepts of what they are hiring people for. If you have a topless bar, there's no reason why you can't require bartenders to be topless. Part of the entertainment are the tits. Just because someone else thinks bartenders don't need to be topless to do their jobs doesn't mean that at your particular establishment you can't hire them for more than mere bartending.

Once again, you mischaracterize the context, which, as I said, was clearly and unequivocally related to billionaires. Nevertheless, I realize that in your experience, strippers are notoriously chaste and difficult to persuade into bed, but you may be surprised to know that others may have more luck than you. Just because you repel women ought not suggest that your experience is typical, and it is fairly indisputable that billionaires have an easier time than most at bedding women in general.
