All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
I'm not even sure you guys are defending Kilmar.
So far, no reason has been given why he should be allowed to remain in the US. More than half the voters wanted illegal aliens deported.
He's from El Salvadore. His country has him back. He was an illegal alien, who snuck in and got denied asylum.
What is it you think would be better? More hearings, THEN send him back to El Salvadore?

It's not about him remaining in the US. It's about the rule of law. Something Trumpanzees like yourself have shown you don't give a fuck about.

The latest fad is a poverty social. Every woman must wear calico,
and every man his old clothes. In addition each is fined 25 cents if
he or she does not have a patch on his or her clothing. If these
parties become a regular thing, says an exchange, won't there be
a good chance for newspaper men to shine?

It's almost as if Trump and his supporters believe he is The Law.

It’s crazy. But predictable. Our laws require certain things of people, and some just can’t.

Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
You've made a false claim (the left is more prone to violence than the right) and you've been unable to support it. You cite vandalism of Tesla dealerships as your primary evidence. Meanwhile there are widespread non-violent demonstrations against Tesla dealerships which apparently are irrelevant. The nation-wide 'Hands Off' protests on April 5 (thousands of people showed up at over 1,300 demonstrations in cities all across the country) were entirely non-violent as far as I've been able to find. If you think you can find a way to smear it with an incident you're aware of, I'm all ears. If 'the left' were prone to violence you'd think that would have been an ideal time to go off. Nothing.
You continue to refer to the Black Lives Matter protests as an example of violence by the left despite seeing two independent studies showing that well over 90% of them were completely non-violent. I've given you multiple objective measures of politically motivated violence that show unequivocally that it's coming more from the right than the left, and you've had no genuine rebuttal. Instead of dealing with the evidence you deflect, move the goalpost, and attempt to sling mud. I'm all too familiar with your tactic of motivated myopia; it's tiresome and ridiculous.
Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
Are you saying a full 10% of BLM protests had violence? Fucking shit that's a lot of violence.
I remember it amounting to billions of dollars in insurance claims. Not to mention the disruption of communities, 'autonomous zones' and a bunch of deaths.
I wonder if it had a positive or negative effect on popular support for BLM.

Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
It's understandable that you don't remember. In my post I said 'well over 90%.' In only 3.3% of the Black Lives Matter protests was there any property damage. The studies I cited previously:Cunt wrote: ↑Fri Apr 18, 2025 3:36 amAre you saying a full 10% of BLM protests had violence? Fucking shit that's a lot of violence.

In [Crowd Counting Consortium] data collected from May 2020 to June 2021, 94% of protests involved no participant arrests, 97.9% involved no participant injuries, 98.6% involved no injuries to police, and 96.7% involved no property damage.
[source]
Note the comparison in the last item above.[Time period late May 2020 to early 2021.]
• Approximately 94% of all pro-BLM demonstrations have been peaceful, with 6% involving reports of violence, clashes with police, vandalism, looting, or other destructive activity.
• In the remaining 6%, it is not clear who instigated the violent or destructive activity. While some cases of violence or looting have been provoked by demonstrators, other events have escalated as a result of aggressive government action, intervention from right-wing groups or individual assailants, and car-ramming attacks.
• In contrast, demonstrations involving right-wing militias or militant social movements have turned violent or destructive over twice as often, or nearly 14% of the time.

Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
According to what I've read, he's not wrong. Even if a significant part of the damage was actually caused by opportunistic looting and vandalism for the sake of vandalism by people who had no interest in the cause, the damage still occurred during the protests.
That doesn't change the fact that the overwhelming majority of the protests were non-violent, including no damage to property. 'Billions in damage' is a red herring attempt to discredit the protests. It fails to show that 'the left is more violent.' In 96.7% of protests there was no damage to property. I'd say that is actually evidence against his claim. The Property Claim Services (PCS) a unit of a Verisk Analytics, designated the civil unrest that took place from May 26 to June 8, 2020 as a multi-state catastrophe event, with over 20 states experiencing significant losses. The 2020 event is the costliest civil unrest in U.S. history with insured losses estimated at over $2 billion by PCS (subject to further evaluation).

Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
I stand corrected. What i guess it shows is that a small number of people do a disproportionate amount of damage. Hardly the 'left' as a whole.

Trump says Joe flew in 500 000 illegals. Well, they all paid the airfare.
