Having now returned from recess, where he no doubt got an ear full even after quite a few Republicans have excluded all recording devices and anyone who disagrees with them from their town halls, Eric Cantor now was never for requiring offsetting spending cuts for hurricane disaster relief in his home state. Don't listen to those lying libruls. He never said it.
