The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has thrown out Virginia's case against the US Affordable Care Act, noting they lack standing to bring the lawsuit. Falwell's (rot in hell you fat racist fuck) Libertard University was also a party to the action, and also lacks standing according to the court. The only dissenting justice did so because he believes the court should have affirmed the law by allowing it to be tested.
I was pretty sure it was going to wind up here. It will be much more difficult in this case to get the Supreme Court to hear it.
